Janel Hoffman, CPNP, Practice Manager:

Janel Hoffman is the practice manager at Milestone Pediatrics. She is also a Nurse Practitioner and has worked in both the hospital and office settings for over 20 years. She is available to listen to any of your concerns and assist in anyway she can.


Nursing Staff:

Milestone Pediatrics clinical staff consists of experienced, caring and competent licensed nurses. They handle every aspect of your child's care with respect and compassion.
You will find a caring nurse to assist you with any problems your child may have, big or small.


Billing and Referrals:

Our knowledgable and friendly Billing and Referral staff are happy to help you with any questions you may have regarding your account or referrals. Please refer to Referral Information under the Office Information page for our HMO referral procedure information.


Receptionists and Medical Record:

Our front desk staff will greet you and your family with a welcoming smile. They are here to assist you with scheduling appointments, patient registration, medical record requests and directing your phone calls to the appropriate department.
